Meet Kendra Cox, LMSW
Kendra Cox, LMSW, is a Licensed Master Social Worker at Tennessee Reproductive Therapy. Her areas of expertise include infertility, miscarriage, pregnancy after loss, and perinatal mood and anxiety. She considers it a true joy to assist women in their reproductive journeys.
She earned her Master's Degree in Social Work from Asbury University. Kendra holds an Infant Mental Health Endorsement with AimHi of Tennessee and is working towards her Licensed Clinical Social Work.
Kendra's career path was prompted by her own experience with infertility, loss, and postpartum. Serving this community with a strengths-based approach, she creates a safe space for women to share their hearts. She focuses on each individual client, her needs, and works to create a treatment plan that best suits their goals, incorporating CBT, Narrative Therapy, and Grief Counseling. She has a special interest in helping Clients assess their personal faith in light of their current trauma. Kendra is committed to helping her Clients find meaning and peace in their reproductive journeys.
Kendra is a therapist who will listen and validate your experiences while challenging you in ways you need it most. She will lovingly walk with you and earnestly fight for you.
Kendra was born and raised in Southern Illinois and spent about a decade in Kentucky before finally landing in Tennessee. She enjoys reading, hiking with her family, playing board games and cooking. She is a St. Louis Cardinals and University of Kentucky Basketball fan, and has a square-foot garden.
